Conflict Management is an innovative program designed for the Dayton Public Schools. NCCJ staff work with eleven of Dayton's Pre-K-8th grade schools, helping teachers, administrators, staff and students identify problems related to school environment and build the skills needed to peacefully resolve conflicts and create a positive school environment.
