Different and the Same (DATS) is a diversity curriculum designed to assist K - 3rd grade teachers in presenting lessons about diversity and inclusion to 5-8 year old students.

Changing In The Middle is a program for middle school students. This program is designed to teach self-respect and respect for others while celebrating each other's differences.
Coming Together - Moving Forward
is a day long program for high school students centered on the issues of diversity and inclusion. During the day, students will get to know each other on a deeper level and appreciate that they are more alike than unalike. Participants will learn to recognize learn to recognize what they have in common and to celebrate their differences. They will identify the challenges at their high school that involve diversity issues and brainstorm positive solutions to those issues. Students will leave energized to continue to make their school a better place for all students.
Community Summit on Eliminating Racism
Facilitating the efforts of our community to systematically dismantle the institutional structures and practices that perpetuate racial discrimination through a strategic planning process.
PARTNERS AGAINST RACISM AND INTOLERANCE (PARI)
is an adult program committed to combating hate crimes through public education, support of victims and advocacy to support law enforcement agencies in documenting and fighting bias motivated violence. PARI members meet bi-monthly. Members are also involved in NCCJ adult education in the community. This program grew out of the community coalition formerly know as Federation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) which began in 2003. In 2007, FAIR became a program of NCCJ of Greater Dayton and changed it's name to Partners Against Racism and INTOLERANCE.

The Anytown Youth Leadership Institute is a presidential leadership developed program that addresses societal issues regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability and economic status.

Change Agent Teens (CATS), graduates of the Anytown Youth Leadership Institute who practice the leadership skills learned at the residential weeklong experience.

The Miami Valley Teen Summits are held twice a year in October and March to introduce students to the six principals of nonviolence as well as the practice of inclusion and respect for diversity.

Diversity, inclusion and respect are "best practices" for every workplace. NCCJ offers customized programs to organizations wanting to create a more respectful and inclusive work environment.
