Current staffing includes:

Executive Directors – with overall responsibility for the operation of the regional offices

Program Staff – responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating one or more components of a regional programming strategy

Fund Development Professionals – to assist in securing the financial resources necessary to fund our work and to ensure NCCJ's continued fiscal growth

Support Staff – to provide administrative and clerical support to our operations
