NCCJ of Greater Dayton staffing includes:

Executive Director – overall responsibility for the operation of the organization

Program Staff – develops, implements and coordinates program offerings

Fund Development Staff – secures financial resources necessary to fund NCCJ’s work and ensure NCCJ’s continued fiscal growth

Support Staff – provides administrative and clerical support for the organization
